Hollow River, aka Mark MacDonald, is a Canadian/American producer and songwriter who spends his days studying at Berklee College of Music's prestigious Music Production and Engineering program and his nights working as a production assistant for Pat Hanlin at Revival House Records, where HR gets the opportunity to engineer touring bands and artists as well as staples in the Boston music scene.
In spare time, HR pursues passion projects with fellow Berklee students out of his home studio, Pineapple Tree Productions. Services offered include arranging, midi programming, tracking, and mixing.
Along with extensive production knowledge, HR considers songwriting a vital aspect of the production process and is available for cowrites. HR pays special attention to lyrical content thanks to an English Literature and Creative Writing degree from the University of Ottawa.
